Product Availability: 'In Stock':
The above table displays our estimated delivery times based on Australia Post estimates.
NOTE: Almost all the products on our website are kept in stock, in our Melbourne Warehouse.
Product Availability: 'Back-Order' or 'Pre-Order':
If an item is not in stock on our website, we will display an estimated time for us to receive this product into our warehouse (for example 7 days). To calculate your expected delivery date, simply add the availability estimate to the delivery times listed above.
'In-stock' + a 'Back Ordered' or "Pre-Ordered' items on 1 order:
If you place an order which contains an item not in our warehouse (the availability status is 'Back Order' or 'Pre-Order), we will hold your entire order in our warehouse until all items are ready for delivery. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that item.
